Ray Beltran

I started GCM after several years in the Entertainment Industry, both in front of and behind the camera. Having worked in commercials, films and television, I know the struggles that actors face as they navigate this business that can very easily overwhelm them if they don't have a caring and experienced representative. From working behind the scenes, I know the necessities and issues that a production can encounter and how to best be that strong advocate for my clients.

I believe that the relationship between a client and his/her representative is one built on trust and symbiosis. I cannot stress enough the importance of working together as a team with the goal of advancing the client's career into super stardom. To that effect, I will not sugar coat anything and you can expect complete honesty in me as I will also expect it in you.

I accept beginning and experienced performers in the Los Angeles area and other current film markets, of all ages and walks of life with an emphasis on performers with unconventional, non-Hollywood looks and military backgrounds.
