LaMar Roheem Staton

Born and raised in Danbury, Connecticut, LaMar Roheem Staton grew up amongst a surprisingly diverse community that nurtured a spirit of creativity and love of art from an early age. After high school, LaMar moved to New York City to attend Marymount Manhattan College and pursue a life of performance. After a half of a decade performing in off Broadway shows and theater productions as well as a few independent feature films in New York City, LaMar decided there was a needed change in direction and refocus in life and chose to relocate to Dallas, Texas. Now almost a decade later, in Dallas, LaMar continues to grow his craft in acting and music performing in independent projects as well as Dallas stage performances. Even with the time that has passed it is his belief that this is only the beginning. There are many stories to be told and those that are willing to tell them are prepared and waiting.
