After three years of private lessons and various supporting roles in amateur productions, the first bookings and minor roles in private television came in 2007, in January 2008 a supporting role in a 45-minute documentary by the Bavarian Radio on the anniversary of Hitler's seizure of power in which Doolittle plays the Bavarian Prime Minister Heinrich Held who against the Adolf Hitler Nazi Party bravely defied the new spirit and leader and tried again to introduce a monarchy in Bavaria
