About Wayne

A stage director and educator, Wayne is Co-founder and Artistic Director of Prime Stage Theatre and Director of Secondary Education at the University of Pittsburgh/Bradford where he focuses on adolescent literacy. A former instructor of English and theatre for Sewickley Academy and The Oakland School, he is a reviewer for several journals. He delivers papers and presentations for the National Council of Teachers of English, National Middle School Association, College English Association, the International Reading Association, and others.
