About Cathy

I am an accomplished composer of many genres, but my forte is musical theatre, especially adaptations of classic literature. Classically trained and pop at heart, I have the ability to see and feel as characters would and in so doing create a musical accompaniment to characters and scenes with memorable melodies and moving emotion. There are many composers who write classically, and there are many songwriters who write songs, but few and far between are those of us who can effectively write for theatre. I hear and feel the music, and it s what I love to do.
