Hellow fellow Stage32 members. I joined about 3 years ago and really like the concept of ib interacting with other members. Since joining, I've acted (ny real passion) in several festival shorts (one won several awards), wrote and starred in a full length film, shot a podcast episode, and also adapted an unpublished book I wrote to a screenplay and was a semifinalist in the Stage32 contest. I'd really like to hook up with some people who could help my acting career move forward (as it's been dead since Covid), and help me move my movie script forward. As always, great to be a part of the Stage 32 family.

I don't know if I've ever filled one of these sorts of things out. Anyway. Currently I'm a podcast writer and story editor for iHeartRadio in NYC with my eyes on screenwriting. I wrote a lot in college, then got swept up in life, and then about seven years ago now I started writing again in a very serious way, and I really focused on my craft. I've been studying story structure, deep diving into mythology and folklore, and just trying to understand what makes people connect with things, and why these similar themes and archetypes have permeated and persisted throughout so many cultures over so many generations. I believe there's a reason we connect to things, and we're all capable of tapping into it.

Wow, that really went long. So here I am. Chugging along. Writing strange stories and hopefully figuring out how to launch a career in this strange and crowded business.
