I was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area where I spent 10 years working in the local film industry on both big budget and independent sets. During that time I developed my writing skills and eventually my feature scripts placed in the Stage 32 Search for New Blood Screenwriting Competition, Your Script Produced Studios Screenwriting Competition, and the Filmmatic Horror Screenplay Awards. In addition, my short film "Murder Room, Inc" won for Best Writing and Best film at the 2021 Pittsburgh Horror and Sci-Fi 48 Hour Film Competition and The Audience Award at Filmapalooza International Film Festival. When I'm not working crew or writing, I can be found teaching a film class at a local community college.
