Mark Danni (Director/conductor) – Mark is the Founding Artistic Director of TheatreZone and the Director of Performing Arts at The Community School of Naples. He has been involved with many Broadway, Off-Broadway and regional productions as a Director, Music Director, Conductor and Drummer/Percussionist. New York City directing credits include: What Would Esther Williams Do In A Situation Like This?, Sea Fever and Aggravation. Regional directing credits include: Mack & Mabel (w/Gary Sandy), Cole (w/Nancy Dussault), Blood Brothers and Evita (w/Andrea McArdle), Little Women & Stepping Out (w/Donna McKechnie), High Spirits (w/Georgia Engel), A Funny Thing...Forum (w/Eddie Mekka), Man Of La Mancha (w/Jeff McCarthy) The Beast Of Broadway (w/David Garrison), Beehive (w/Paige Miles) and over 25 other productions. He has conducted the National Tours of Les Miserables and Barnum, as well as Signature Theatre’s production of A Little Night Music. Regionally, he has music directed over 15 productions. As a Drummer/Percussionist, Mark’s credits include Broadway: Chicago, Annie Get Your Gun, Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, Joseph...Dreamcoat and Grand Hotel. Off-Broadway: Nunsense. National Tours: The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Fame, Hair, 42nd Street, Nunsense and the European Tour of Evita. Mark, originally from Buffalo, NY, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin-Wallace College in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a proud member of The Society for Directors & Choreographers and the American Federation of Musicians.
