Martine de Jong

Starting screenwriter and language lover. I have been working for several years as a Spanish and English teacher to students and adults, but about a year ago I discovered another passion of mine: screenwriting. It gives me immense positive energy, flow and motivation. I hope to be able to a living of it within the next 5 years. I've lived in the south of Spain for several years, which is the inspiration for the feature film script I'm currently working on. Also, simultaneously, I'm working on a short film script and a script for a sitcom.
My interest lies in writing screenplays for movies with a deeper message. My goal is to, through my screenplays, make people see the bigger picture of life and help them understand life better because of it.
