Hi there.

Thanks for stopping by to read about me.
I'm in between places at the moment. Career-wise I would say. But on another level I think I'm headed towards where I should be in the long run.

I have worked in marketing and communications for about 20 years, and at the moment I'm taking a break from that and studying media production. I've always liked writing, so along my studies I've been writing a book. My book is a fantasy novel and it takes place in the Finnish epic story of Kalevala. I've upgraded the story with a female heroine and, instead of all the guys just crying after lost love or have girls rather kill themselves than be with them, I've added adventures in the underworld, encounters with gods etc. The main plot of the book is the personal growth of its main character, and, as Finland is blessed with amazing nature, most of the adventures happen in Lapland, in the northern part of Finland.

So, next in line is the movie/series script for my book, which I will begin after the summer. I'm doing that in English as the book itself is in Finnish.
