About Amy
Dr. Amy Heebner is a screenwriter, playwright and academician. She has written 9 screenplays. Her first screenplay, "Missing Data," placed as a Finalist in the New Century Writer screenplay competition. She was the recipient of a private grant. Three of her scripts were presented at the performance facility of the Dramatists Guild of America in New York, New York, in collaboration with Friday Night Footlights. Three other scripts were presented in staged readings at other venues. Two of her scripts, "Dear Sister Teresa," a historical romance, and "The Painter's Eye," also historical fiction, are in print.
