About Calice

I discovered my gift for writing when I was 7. Since then, I haven't stopped writing—poems, lyrics, scripts, essays—whatever the medium, I first and foremost identify as a writer.

I've always been drawn to understanding people—their attachments, relationships, conflicts, and what drives them apart. I observed human behavior meticulously, and in 2022, I became a Body Language Analyst, working almost like an FBI profiler. Analyzing criminals for YouTube crime channels and writing extensive analysis reports was both consuming and exhilarating. It confirmed my ability to see deeply into human nature, often catching details even detectives missed.

Singing
Been allegedly singing since I was 1.5 yo, self-trained soprano. If you're looking for a female lead, particularly difficult vocals (ref. Evanescence, Plumb, Dolares O'Riordan, Bonnie Tyler, Eivor, Asaf Avidan, Kalandra, Delain, Anastacia, Tamino, Eurielle, MXMS, Karliene, Tsar B), I'd love to collaborate and push the limits together.

Poetry
Voice of fire. My work is about unspokens and discomfort of the human experience. My poetry podcast, Mania's Muse, available on Apple and Spotify, has reached 11 countries and growing. I'm always looking for producers and co-creators for a more captivating listening experience.

Screenwriting
The first series I watched was Pretty Little Liars when I was 10, since then I've found a reflection of my growth in character development, and have always been more of a series person compared to movies. I write neo-noir, psychological thrillers, mystery, and sci-fi, aiming to contribute to shows like Blacklist, You, Orphan Black, What If, Echoes, 3 Body Problem, and The Fall.

Acting
I've been into acting when I was little, starting from early drama lessons and the drama club. Then I found myself acting my own characters when I was writing, I worked in sets as an extra in Summer 20' and recently had my debut as an actress in the main cast of a very exciting sitcom project.

Unique traits: My work is deeply visceral, tackling the unspoken aspects of the human experience. Whether through poetry, lyrics, or screenwriting, I don’t just tell stories—I make people feel them. As an accidental Body Language Analyst, my ability to read between the lines has sharpened my intuition, allowing me to catch details others miss, adding layers of depth to my storytelling. I move seamlessly between poetry, music, screenwriting, and acting, never confining myself to one medium, always seeking the most powerful way to express an idea. My voice carries a haunting, almost otherworldly quality, capable of delivering raw power and vulnerability in equal measure—distinct, evocative, and made for emotionally charged performances. I’m drawn to discomfort and embrace the grey areas of human nature, diving into psychological thrillers, neo-noir, and deeply emotional themes, illuminating the beauty in darkness. My storytelling is character-driven, shaped by an obsession with human relationships, attachments, and conflicts. I approach screenwriting like a profiler, ensuring every action and reaction is psychologically rich. My poetry, especially Mania’s Muse, is unapologetic and ignites a fire in its readers, challenging, provoking, and resonating across cultures. Performance has always been natural to me, from drama lessons to embodying my own characters, with an acting style that is instinctive, immersive, and fueled by raw emotion. I don’t create for the sake of it; I create because I have to. Art is my language, my way of making sense of the world, and I pursue it with relentless dedication. I seek depth and connection, whether through collaboration or storytelling, forging meaningful relationships that leave a lasting impact.
