About Edward

I am a retired CPA I retired after 20 years of practice because my disability became severe and I was unable to work. I am a disabled veteran. I have written few screenplays and been told that they are pretty good. I came here to try and learn how to write one correctly. One project has been picked up by Hollywood Producer who actually does a lot of movies and has both an Oscar and an Emmy to his credit. I have his letter of intent and now we are talking about "the deal." So hopefully I can learn some about contracts also.

The first movie he is doing is about children of war, combat, politics and nuclear weapons. An it is factually correct. I know because I was there. Politicians don't always take credit for the things that their policies achieve. That surprised me.

Unique traits: Actually I am a cyborg according to the dictionary; I have a damaged spinal cord, titanium disks in my neck and and a titanium plate in my leg, synthetic ligaments and other little pieces of metal and other stuff in many places,, and now finally a computer in my back to make it all play nice. My micro neurosurgeons, who I felt never really had much of a personality(due to the fact they spend all their lives looking down a microscope and telling patients bad news) are now like kids at Christmas when they see me. A new toy. A terminal patient I was a human trial for a new deep brain modulator(simulator) and it did work, saving my life. Who knew?
