SYNOPSIS:

Beatrice (49) is a widow who seems to have it all: great kids, a successful business, a house in a small suburb town, her car. One thing amiss is the control of her mother-in-law Christina (70) enforces upon her life announcing the family has decided to put her into a levirate marriage. The levirate marriage is a no-no for Beatrice. While fighting to break free, she unexpectedly falls in love with someone else: a charming single dad Mel (50), which complicates the situation even further. Beatrice must find her voice, pursue her dreams and secure her freedom on her terms. Love wins in the end.
