About Teresa

Hi All, I am so happy I came across this group.  Thank you to the administrators and everyone here for all the valuable information and resources you have provided.  

A little bit about me.  I'm not big on talking about myself, so here we go.  I moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to Los Angeles about a year and a half ago.  I began in this industry as an actress. Please allow me to indulge you as I throw out some shameless plugs. Did I mention I get painfully shy talking about myself? I get it. This is part of the process and networking :).

Some career highlights include: being awarded the Humanitarian of the Year Award at the Equality International Film Festival for my volunteer work and efforts in helping survivors of sex abuse and human trafficking and receiving an award for Best Actress at the Equality International Film Festival. With my volunteer work and being an advocate, I hope to utilize my position as an actress, writer & producer to bring more equality, diversity, and awareness on social issues. 

Currently, I am in development on 3 projects as an actress, writer, and producer.  All of which have garnered interest from studios and investors.  

I have worked on over 40 film/tv productions. One of my favorite projects I have had the honor to work on is a Netflix Original Series.  In addition, I starred in a martial arts film and had the honor of screening it at the Cannes Film Festival.
