From New Zealand and living in China, Greg's journey into writing began when he was locked down in his apartment for six weeks during Covid with the only available food being government-supplied vegetables. On the 3rd week he declared "I f**king hate vegetables" and wrote his first 4Q family script "Night of the Living Veg" which was a finalist in Roadmap Writers, Screencraft Family, and Final Draft's Big Break comps.

Discovering a love of the craft, and access to other food post-lockdown, he continues to write and is most recently an Austin semi-finalist and placed Top 10% in the Nicholl.
