About Jason

Committed to my work as a storyteller toward BIPOC & LGBTQ+ communities. I have a Bachelor in Theatre Performance with a minor in Creative Writing.

Throughout my life, I've found myself trying on different hats and really exploring what it means to have an identity within the context of race, gender, and sexuality. I'm mixed with so many different things (i.e. Filipino & Cape Verdean) that it's often been difficult for me to fit in with one particular group of humans. It's been a wild ride, but the mixed heritage I used to loath has become my greatest asset in writing diverse and unique characters.

I am really interested in building a group of passionate and inclusive writers, that at the end of the day are here to encourage and help everyone improve. Please message me and let's link-up!
