David Edward Keen

Trained at SUNY Purchase as violinist and composer, years of freelance work US and abroad as violinist, violist and composer, I began teaching myself photography and cinematography while hanging around artists. After numerous videos, I've made two short films now on my own with actors that I entered into the festivals. With no money really available I had to write the screenplays, design light and shoot them and write and perform the music as well. I'm learning still which is why I don't list cinematography or DP, but my greatest wish is to get to work alongside one as mentor.
