Shorouk El Attar is an Egyptian producer who works for Film, TV and Theatre. She studied Mass Communications and Film at the American University in Cairo, which has set the foundation her career of more than 9 years in the industry.
Known for her ability to deliver the highest of industry standards, Shorouk has been entrusted with some momentous projects, such as: TV talk show “Sahibet Alsaada” (2014), the award-winning documentary “Under the Skin” (2015), “Ninja Warrior” (2017), the international game show, the Cannes-nominated film “Yomeddine” (2018) and “The Street Behind” (2018), a 45-episode TV series.
In 2018, Shorouk founded Yotta Media Productions.“In Fay’s Closet” (2018) was YMP’s first project. A Saudi-Yemeni independent feature narrative.“Expedition Unknown: Egypt Live” (2019) was Yotta’s second project in which a 2,500-year-old tomb was uncovered live on Discovery Channel. Latest YMP’s project was a documentary about the Great Pyramids of Giza that will be screened at the visitor center of the Giza Plateau.
Shorouk’s latest project is Aladdin, a musical comedy show Starring Ahmed Ezz. The show includes comedy, dance, music and impressive high-tech video technologies and fly effects.
