My name is Eddy Sanchez. I am a former United States Marine turned screenwriter and producer. I started out working as an extra in films and shows in the early 2000s. I became a SAG member in 2006. I started creating content on YouTube in 2015, but I wanted to work on my craft, so I decided to go to film school. I learned an invaluable skill set, which he brings to every project I’m involved in. While in film school at the Digital Film Academy, I wrote and directed two short films. I work as an independent producer; my last project was "In Fidelity," a drama starring Chris Parnell from Saturday Night Live. It wrapped up in September.
Over the last two years, I've won over a dozen screenwriting competitions. I’ve also been a semi-finalist at bigger competitions like the Big Apple Film Festival and the Flickers Rhode Island International Film Festival. I have three scripts that have placed well in various competitions, and I’m currently working on my fourth.
