About Joe

Joe Jennings, Jr. is an American Screenwriter/Producer born and raised in Atlanta, GA. He has more than ten years of industry experience in Hollywood, working as a Production Assistant for multiple television and film projects. In 2009, he formed Blinded By Ambition Entertainment, a company devoted to writing feature length scripts, and independent films. In 2011, he and his frequent collaborator, Sean Freelon, wrote, directed and produced a feature titled, “TRAPPED,” which was selected and screened at the 2011 San Francisco Black Film Festival. In 2018, his films, "A Leg Up" & "Change" have won fifteen awards combined, and been officially selected over forty times as of December 2020.
