About Joe

I began filmmaking in middle school with a small video book report for The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster. From there I studied media technology and communications in high school and eventually started working on set regularly as a day player. I have had the privilege working in various departments for companies such as WWE, BET, LEGO, FOX and so on.

Most recently my team, Little Spark Films, produced a short film written by horror novelist Paul Kane. A dramatic interrogation filled with nightmares and trauma. The Torturer is Little Spark Films’ most revered project to date. And is our first project to be shot on anything considered industry standard.

Since I have become a Director I have had the honor of working with some of the most talented and interesting people in the industry! From taking part in season 2 of The Last Drive-in With Joe Bob Briggs to directing features with Lloyd Kaufman, Kevin Gage, Isaiah Washington, Lou Temple and Fangoria legend Kerry O’Quinn!

Currently I am in post production on my very first feature. Vicemares is a drug fueled dark comedy in the vein of FALLING DOWN & FEAR AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS. Another project we are in development for is our Faustian Texas rock genre film, The Reckoners.
