About Melanie
Melanie is a produced screenwriter and an award winning Casting Director who has cast over a thousand films, television shows and commercials. Networks she has cast for include Netflix, Amazon, CNN, Oxygen, Investigation Discovery, and many others. She graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in acting. She is now Head of Casting at Forchetti Casting LLC in Savannah, Georgia.
Melanie has also written over twenty screenplays, three of which are currently in development. Her thriller "Til Proven Innocent" was produced and distributed by A&E. She is currently a contributing expert to Backstage.
