Retired Oklahoma lawman, Army veteran, author, and lover of cloudy skies, New Mexico native Betsy Randolph is the current President-Elect of Women Writing the West. She holds numerous degrees in: Journalism, Organizational Leadership, Horticulture, and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. Her published work includes: The Oklahoma Gazette, Woods Reader Magazine, Southern Literary Review, and The Journal Record, among others.
Betsy’s three novels and two middle grade readers are all set in Oklahoma. She lives near Guthrie with her husband, George, two Chihuahuas, and a cat.
