Currently working from the Seattle area, I've been writing and composing for nearly 30 years. Mainly focused on the commercial industry and the short film scene, I've scored six short films over the last decade, and completed mixing and mastering work for several local Washington artists. I've also just recently retired from active duty, and now I can focus on writing and composing.
I currently have around 20 works registered with BMI, and signed with Half Note music publishing in 2013. I offer services to local clients looking for short cues for radio, television and web based advertisements, as we'll as global clients looking for short and feature film work. I'm a certified audio engineer and received my Pro Tools certification through Avid/Digidesign back in 1997.
I own my own project studio, with real instruments and a handful of vintage microphones, and I have access to real musicians for tracks that need that "real instrument" vibe that can't be digitally recreated. However, with a considerable library of virtual instruments available, I can create tracks that meet any budget, and still provide the emotion that discerning music editors, filmmakers, and creative managers need.
