Synopsis:
In a flashforward scene, Emilia Smith, a single mom who doesn’t accept help, puts makeup on her bruises after losing at Mom Fight Club, a tag-team fight club for moms.
As her young daughter gets ready for school, Emilia reads a foreclosure notice. Emilia’s best friend, Dakota Greene, tells her about the fight club and the money they could win together.
Emilia has an interview with Mama Bear, the founder and leader of the fight club. Emilia gets into the club.
Emilia and Dakota fight two entitled, annoying moms named Karen and Karen. Emilia and Dakota lose the match because Emilia won’t tag Dakota in.
During their second fight, Emilia and Dakota fight a big, intimidating mom named Crush and a small, fierce mom named Lil Crush. Emilia and Dakota lose the match because Emilia won’t tag Dakota in.
Worried about losing her house, Emilia calls Mama Bear and asks for a big fight.
Emilia tells Dakota about the fight. Dakota gets angry because Emilia caused them to lose the other fights. Emilia reveals why she never accepts help.
Emilia and Dakota fight the toughest moms in the club, two soldier moms named Ranger and GB. Emilia and Dakota win the match because Emilia accepts Dakota’s help.
Three weeks later, Emilia still has her house. Dakota calls, telling her they have another fight.
