About Vikki

Vikki Harris' love of the entertainment industry began at an early age. Not only did she love watching Monster Week (Godzilla, Godzilla vs. Smog Monster, Godzilla vs ...) but also loved watching the Sunday afternoon classics (Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte, To Sir, With Love). Then going to the movies became her favorite past-time. She decided she was going to become a part of this industry. But in what capacity?
As her personality developed into an introvert, being in front of the camera was not possible. This was something to ponder.
So, after an enlistment in the United States Air Force, she decided to go to college and major in English with a concentration in writing. It was thrilling and rewarding when fellow classmates would approach her before, during, and after class to compliment her on her class projects. For creative writing courses, students had to produce stories every week for the class, read it for the class and print out copies. Student actually approached her and asked when she will be presenting in class because her stories were their favorite. That was what she needed to build her confidence in writing and storytelling.
After graduating from Marist College, life happened. She became a single mother. Pursuing the goal of becoming a screenwriter had to be placed on hold because there were more important things.
Becoming a screenwriter has always remained in her heart and in her mind. She is ready to be a part of the film and television industry as a writer.
