Cow Girl to Cappuccino - true story - former wild west cowgirl of Colorado became a coffee shop owner/barista/writer in Sussex, England

Author of Confessions of a Barista on Platform 1 - released 4 Feb 21. Narrative Non Fiction. I am currently working on an adaptation of this book for the screen - alongside research for my next book.

I wrote this book based on my experiences and interactions with customers/characters while working behind the coffee shop counter. The shop sits on the London-bound platform of St Leonards Warrior Square station (England). This multi-faceted book gives a unique insight into the workings of an eccentric community - the vignettes all real - the stories are funny, heart-breaking, uplifting and take the reader and the narrator on an unexpected journey of discovery.
