“God Directed Me to Reading, Pennsylvania”. Anthony Andre Jones ended up stuck in Reading, PA due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Dec. 2020 and with God’s Purposed direction has found his life long purpose. While living in Channahon, Illinois he decided to visit his family on the east coast for Thanksgiving in 2020, while visiting the Covid-19 pandemic struck and Jones had reconnected with some business partners from almost 20 years prior who asked him to assist with reopening a condemned building in reading, PA. With his expertise in building management, Jones took his skills and with the help of the city agencies got the building back open, “I had experience from NYC building management so I dived in to help while visiting the east coast then Covid-19 hit and while staying in that building I contracted a bacterial skin infection that was treated by the Lebanon VA hospital and was not able to return to my apartment in Illinois and I was stuck here”. God had plans for Jones and he reopened the building and Reading Film Studios LLC. was started and that wasn’t all that happened. Jones also became the Consultant and Director, Film T.V. Multimedia Productions for a startup company entitled Cure Cancer With Music Inc., which is planning major concert events throughout the U.S. and overseas for cancer research and benefits relief charity funding. Life has changed for Jones who met with Reading PA Mayor Eddie Moran on March 3, 2020 and discussed the film studio with his partner CEO Tony Moore. I met Mayor Moran 3 times, the 2nd. time was when the Mayor Moran came to the film studio during a music video filming by Sony Salsa artist Brenda K. Starr and presented her with a City Proclamation. Jones also had brought a SAG (2) feature film picture deal to the studio which was produced by Robert Morgalo of Outhouse Production Films. Jones has recently moved in to a brand-new senior complex in Reading PA. “Life has changed in a very positive purposed way with God’s direction for me and I’m here living in Reading PA to use my developing skills and experience to help the city, my comrade veterans and bring economic development to the state”. Jones is a U.S. Air Force Veteran, consultant and community activist.
