About Johnr

John Richardson became interested in the moving image after several years as a Fashion Photographer, He then honed his skills as a Filmmaker and received a Rhodes Scholarship toThe School of Visual Arts in New York City.He worked with the medium 2 1/4 format for film in the 90s, then segued into the Digital Film World shortly thereafter.

Non-linear video editing and Producing under the direction of Emmy and Promax winner Roger Tallman at the Warehouse Recording Studio in NYC. Here they produced and directed Various TV campaigns and Music Videos; Shelcore Toys, Buick and IBM became regular clients at the Studio. John then landed a position at Meteor Productions headed by Award Winning Producer Steve Cooney, together they filmed a multitude of On Air Campaigns such as “Monday Night RAW,” WRESTLEMANIA, SHOTGUN SATURDAY, and various TV commercials.
John has appeared in dozens of commercials and print.
