My passion for telling women’s stories and seeking justice has guided not only my legal career but also my fiction and screenplay writing. In two recent feature screenplays, I spotlight women battling right-wing forces to protect the environment. One, REDWOOD SUMMER, was a finalist on the Athena List and placed in the top 15% for Nicholl last year, and the other, EVERYBODY KNOWS, was a finalist for The Writers Lab and a winner in the Big Apple Film Festival Screenplay Competition.
