If we met or worked together we would most likely get along, talking about movies and what our aspirations are in regards to filmmaking. I would tell you about how after I finished my first short film SUNSET TRIP I knew the writer/director combo was the direction I had to go in. How important editing is to enhancing themes in a story down to how one properly placed cut gives us the proper meaning in a scene and/or story. How certain films like Once Upon A Time in the West showed me the power of storytelling and what it takes to create a true cinema experience. Whoever reads this, wherever you're from, maybe we'll work together on a movie in the near future. I'm sure it would be one awesome, insightful, and memorable production especially since I always love meeting new people.
On a more technical note, I have experience as an AVID editor for 4 years and have been screenwriting for the same time as well. I've worked on multiple short film sets at the American Film Institute (AFI), New York Film Academy (NYFA), Santa Monica College (SMC), and as a PA on an independent production called "Like a Butterfly" by Eitan Pitigliani. Currently working to finish my third short film as part of a trilogy. Open to different kinds of opportunities, however, my main goals are directed towards feature filmmaking (screenwriting, editing, directing).
In regards to writing, Comedy and Drama are my main two with hints of action and suspense.
Unique traits: Calm in extremely stressful situations. Great with accepting constructive criticism and applying it. A big people person (easy to work with). Only need to be told something once.
