Osian began performing on stage at the age of 9 and has appeared in over 25 shows. But his first professional credit was appearing in a short S4C film entitled 'I ffwrdd a ni' at the age of 6.
Since 2007 Osian has been working regularly as an actor. He played Twm Puw in the welsh television program ‘2 Dy a ni’ which ran for 2 series on S4C. His most recent film credit was playing Mark Pritchard in Warp Productions BAFTA winning film ‘Submarine’ in 2011. He also had a part in the S4C welsh drama ‘Pobol Y Cwm’ playing Bathroom Salesman. In 2012 he recorded part of an audio book, playing both Narrator and Eric Wasserman in the Avalon Books novel, 'Wait a Lonely Lifetime.’ He recently finished touring with Wales Millennium Centre and Theatr na n'Og in their production 'Ma Bili'n Bwrw'r Bronco.'
Osian studied for many years at Coleg Sir Gar, Graig Campus. The courses he studied included: Performing Arts, Outdoor Education and Information Technology. He utilises all the skills he gained from these courses in his performing career and workshop group: Forge Theatre. Carmarthen Journal Article.
Osian founded Forge Theatre in June 2012. His involvement as Producer, Writer, Workshop Leader and Director in the team of 3 keeps him very occupied. When Forge Theatre is in need of new members a trial workshop that will be open to anyone will be held. For more information click here.
