The daughter of a failing Pro Wrestling tycoon worries that her dad will sell the family business. She recruits a martial artist in order to boost ratings.
SYNOPSIS:
NATALIE is a work-a-holic Talent Manager at Glory Wrestling. Working under her father, DANIEL, Natalie is concerned about the company’s falling TV ratings. What amplifies this is that her dad is considering selling the company. Having recently lost his wife, Daniel is trying to protect Natalie from going down the same career path that he did. Daniel feels like he sacrificed his family too much and he wants his daughter to have a life outside of wrestling. Natalie however takes matters into her own hands and recruits a martial artist, HWANG, to add a fresh twist to how wrestling is portrayed on TV. Natalie builds Hwang’s character to fuel success for Glory. Hwang meanwhile finds his life purpose and falls in love with the woman that trains him. Natalie overcomes scrutiny from fans and even from those within her own company. She goes down the exact path her father doesn’t want for her, but she’s happy and she proves to be a magnificent leader, thriving as she manages wrestlers, storylines and even contracts and competition from rival companies. Daniel learns to trust his daughter and realizes that it truly is a family business.

Interesting concept, Farook Qais!
I think your logline could be tightened up some. Something like:

Or this:
