Eddie Angelo is the local skateboarding veteran who saves a baby from an accident which involves the local mayor at the eve of an election. The Mayor turns the tables by claiming that Eddie will now be part of his governance. But Eddie and his wife manage to ride the tide, challenging the powers that be.
