About Alexandria

Ageing GenXer with an English degree and some big ideas.

I've lived coast to coast like buttered toast. My past jobs include model, bartender, radio dj, prisoner guard, hotel manager, phone salespest, housecleaner, secretary, and shop clerk. So naturally, screenwriter seemed like the next sensible step.

My passion project is a tv series "Cottonheads", about senior vigilantes. Thus far it's snagged:

Other schemes: a short film adaptation of HP Lovecraft's story "Pickman's Model", with an all-female cast, a black comedy about an elderly woman who dates a vampire, and a comedy about a cleaning woman.

I hope one day to unearth a Roman treasure hoard in my garden. write a zombie musical, and get a manager.

I don't want to put words in your mouth, but you've got to admire my ambition.

Unique traits: My knowledge of alternative music, cheesy movies, science fiction, and horror. Smart comebacks and stupid puns. Currently teaching myself Klingon and memorizing the periodic table. I'm also a snappy dresser.
