Tanya Huston

I am a New York City native who has successfully produced and hosted live talent shows with my company Nile Productions. Getting laid off from my Wall Street job in 2010, this led me in becoming a background and stand-in artist for a number of years. I was also blessed to be upgraded to a speaking role in Netflix’s Marvel show ‘Luke Cage’. In 2015, I stepped out in faith, repositioned my company, became a filmmaker and started producing my own independent short film projects. To date, my films have won awards and screened in multiple festivals across the United States, Europe and India. As I continue to create drama and comedy-based short films and ideas for family-friendly and faith-based audiences for film and television, I am open to assisting with your project in giving my keen eye for details and structure, my experience as an actor and filmmaker, and the knowledge gained from my master’s degree studies in International Business, in offering constructive script critique and/or suggestions to enhance your overall project.
