Nandini Bapat is an actress and screenwriter, based in Los Angeles, CA. She recently recurred as Gwart on season six of HBO’s SILICON VALLEY and will be appearing in a recurring role on season 3 of NBC’s GOOD GIRLS, premiering in 2020.
In 2019, Nandini made her directing debut with the short film, Chol, that she also co-wrote and starred in. As a screenwriter, Nandini focuses on genre-specific writing, particularly in science fiction, fantasy and superhero comic-themed work. She has written a CW-inspired Shazam! spec pilot and is working on several original spec scripts. Unique traits: I have my Third Dan in Taekwondo and am also trained in Hapkido and the use of weapons. I am college-educated in biology and have a Master's degree in Education.
