Hello!

Excited to network here while I try out this new (for me) creative writing thing. I want to produce a specific type of film and I can't find the right script out there, so may end up writing it myself. Wish me luck!

My shop partners and I have worked on lots of tv shows, commercials and films plus produced a couple ourselves. Covid slammed our specialty niche and far fewer projects have needed fantastic design and fabrication. 'Lifestyle' commercials and 'slice of life' content has proliferated, especially in our region. But trends will turn eventually and we'll again be seeing crazy costumes plus weird mascots and fantasy concepts. I'm in no big hurry for those per se'.

What I AM hugely psyched about are period costumes. I want to do even more of them now that I'm able to be a LOT more selective about projects I take. I love researching, draping, drafting, cutting and stitching period costumes and have done this professionally for about 30 years. Let me know if you're cooking up something fun that needs period costumes and production design:).
