Biography

I have been a film industry professional since 1994 and have worked extensively on both commercial and features sets, I cut my teeth in the camera department and turned to directing and writing in 2006.

With my added value as a script and copywriter, I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to create concept and see them all the way through to delivery. I was part of the team that conceptualized, and personally wrote and directed the Sunlight Khanya eKhaya show, a commercial campaign for Unilever, which ended up winning the prestigious Unilever global award for best business practice.

As a Director, I have worked on a wide and varied number of formats both within the long and short formats of the film industry. From commercials, corporates, and music videos to TV and feature films. I have a particular penchant for performance directing.

I am a dedicated and hard-working director/ writer who has a real passion for the industry and creating excellence in everything I do, on time and on budget.
