I have loved dragons, magic and everything fantastical since I read The Enchanted Wood by Enid Blyton. As a child I used to sneak to the bottom of the garden in the hope of finding fairies. Alas I never found any, so I brought them alive in my own imagination. As I grew older, I fell in love with romance and romantic suspense when I discovered my mother’s stash of Nora Roberts novels.
Since 2014 I have published over 20 novels, novellas and short stories, ranging from sweet contemporary romances, to sexy romantic suspense and kick-ass fantasy with a hint of romance.
My passion is writing Australian-set stories, though my fantasy incorporate many other lands.
My awards include:
- 2021 inaugural Romance Writers of America Vivian Finalist for Harbour.
- 2021 shortlist for the Queensland Writers Centre Adaptable Program
- 2020 Romance Writers of Australia Romantic Book of the Year Finalist for both Nothing to Lose, and Shelter
- 4th place in the 2015 Australian Classic MX Championship on a sidecar, and 2nd place in the Women All Powers Division.
When I'm not writing I am slightly obsessed with crafts, creating handmade journals, polymer clay earrings and various knitting and crocheting projects.
