James Timothy Lagrimas

James Timothy Lagrimas has years of experience being a field representative and admin assistant at KHJWPI, a non-stock, non-profit organization which aims to build a place of worship. He is also a Slack Community Coordinator at QA World, a company that provides high quality transcripts and call analysis.

James, as a field representative, conducted several property searchings, investigations, reportings, and processings for acquisitions. His experience as a field representative helped him cultivate his communication skills as he speaks to different property owners or agents, and government officials and personnel.

As an admin assistant, he developed his multitasking skills and time management. He assists the team with data entry, processing, recording transactions, updating the ledger, assists with audits or fact-checking, resolves discrepancies, and prepares budgets and reports.

His experience as a community coordinator developed his communications skills as he helped the transcribers find the answers to different questions and concerns so that high-quality transcripts would be submitted to the clients.

As one of the moderators of Stage 32, it is his pleasure to assist the writers and the executives if they have any questions or concerns regarding their scripts services including pitch sessions, script coverages and consultations.

One of his favorite bible verses is Colossians 3:22,23, "be obedient in everything to those who are your human masters, not only when they are watching, just to please men, but with sincerity of heart, with fear of Jehovah. Whatever you are doing, work at it whole-souled as for Jehovah, and not for men..." He applies this principle of diligence and honesty in all things that he does.
