Niques Francois

I am a writer, a director and a teacher. I am passionate about youth work, mental health and writing. I have been blessed to witness so many lives transformed not only by my work but the by the words of my colleagues in the field of fiction and non-fiction writing.
I began writing short stories and speeches at the age of ten and plays in 2014. My repertoire includes three Acts scripts, short plays, television scripts, poems, songs, fiction novels, non-fiction essays, website articles, musicals and dramatic plays. Through my work I desire to be a voice for the Caribbean in the global community. As a native of Trinidad and Tobago, I believe that the Caribbean culture is unique, entertaining, beautiful and worthy of acknowledgment.
