About Tulio
I am from Rio de Janeiro, a child of the 60s. I was literate with comics. My mother died early and I learned how to carry the house keys early. I fought Judo and as a teenager I learned to play the drums. I took a course in Physics at the Fluminense Federal University and have a Master's Degree in Optics. I like to photograph. I did a Post Graduation in Education at UCAM with a multidisciplinary final project bringing Perrenaud's ideas to Education through Cinema. I graduated from Universidade Estácio de Sá in Cinema. I made some short fiction and documentaries. I seek technical and artistic knowledge in a broad way, always participating in workshops and workshops in the most different stages of filmmaking. I always read and I want to approach borderline themes both in aesthetics and in thematic.
I now live in Teresópolis and seek to develop a project that involves art, sustainability and direct and transversal business.
