Kongo Wara (Hand Heo)

Barka Ngainoumbey( Karnu) was a Gbaya religious prophet and healer from the Sangha river basin region. In 1924, he began preaching non-violent resistance against French coloniser in response to the recruitment of natives in the construction of the railway and rubber tapping and mistreatment by European concessionary companies. Karnu also preached against Europe and Fulani which grew to include a boycott of European merchandise and black solidarity. This movement went unnoticed by the French administration, which had only a limited presence in the region, until 1927, when many of the movements followers began to take up arms.

Armed conflict broke out in mid 1928 in a clash between the Gbaya and the Fulani people. However, violence quickly spread towards French traders. French government post and local chiefs and soldiers worked for the French. The town of Bouar occupied and burned down by Karnu’s followers. Insurgency by Karnu’s followers continue in the following month despite being ill-equipped. A French counter attack with reinforced troops was launched in late June 1928 and on December 11, Karnu was killed.

here is an old concept I've made like 13 years ago, it was supposed to be an animation movie on a monkey really really a fan of Michael Jackson and so when he was a kid he used to follow his superstar at every concert, each shows...until the king of pop died, the monkey was so devasted so he decides to honor him in becoming himself the jungle pop star by imitating his start and so giving love to "people" (the other animals) ...

this idea didn't really go far after this,

but in 2017 I've been hired by a kid magazine in my country to work as a concept artist and comic book artist, the magazine was barely started and so during our first brainstorming with the whole team the boss asks us to give some concept that kids could love to read or watch on TV like cartoon network or something ( I was naive, they tell you, we'll be the next Walt Disney in West Africa and you easily believe it, you just come from been graduated and you are going to work for something you love... and don't know how to read a contract. I have already signed the contract) and then the day of the brainstorming he said like "no worries, we are now a family, and let's work like this", by this he meant every idea that we'll give will be a property of the magazine, and so I gave this idea, the boss liked it, and as you guess as a team we worked on it to find his name and the other character, his universe, and Monky Pop was done. but not like I've planed in my secret mind. Beyond be amazed to see "your baby" on the screen, to be the most important thing is not only to tell a great story, but its' also to make millions of people being a part of it, make the whole planet live the same experience, exactly the way I felt when Infinity war and the Endgame was out, but it's also like a huge connection, this is exactly what it is the most important thing to me.

I have got this idea after watching a lot of Pixar's and Blue sky's movie, I wanted to make you know this kind of emotional movie (like Wall-E), that can make you and your family feel good like a Sunday everyone at home laughing a lot (like Ice Age) and ends with so much love and a great message (like Ratatouille).

last year I heard this Company had some kind of disagreement so many things has changed even the Magazine name and so the monkey universe and story too.

Today I'm grateful to be here! I learn a lot! I had this question in my stomach since I left this company which is, do you guys think is bad if I use my old concept, is it plagiarism to keep my idea and design? or should I move one and create another concept?

My name Amerion been here for some while but was not ready to indroduce my self.

Am mostly know to be a Music Producer but after my first Account with Filmmaking I fall in love and still love.

Started my first project with the film A NIGHT TO MY WEDDING as a sound Engineer it was challenging but sweet. After that I did 7 different project which I won an Award for Best Son 2014.

Then I reserve calls for different jops on set like lighting, PM. Still date I have work on 47 Films.

After all this success I found myself enjoying Historical Film and AFRICAN have great Historical backgrounds and a huge population to watch any film who talk of Africans Story. It was easy to found partners to work on my Next project KONGO WARA which is was not difficult to find partners people of the story background but Executives is a different story. W
