You can post the logline, synopsis, and script on Stage 32 (the logline section on your profile). People, producers, etc. can see your logline and synopsis, then download your script.

For a TV show, a pitch deck and a treatment (which includes the seasons, characters, world/environment of the show, etc.) are helpful when pitching. I make treatments and pitch decks for the feature scripts and shows that I write.
Networking is a big key to getting a TV show or project picked up. There are plenty of people to network with on this website.
