I have been writing since I was 12 years old. Telling stories, for me, began as a creative outlet, somewhere to channel my energy, thoughts, ideas, and emotions. Now, writing is my passion. It is what I love most in life and provides a space for me to be most authentic. I’ve been a mental health therapist for 15 years.
