Alan Clark

Hello, my name is Alan Clark. I was born and raised in Westminster California and studied film at CSULB. I've been writing and directing for 12 years making several short films and music videos, including "Les Memoires" which played at the Newport Film Festival.

Currently, I am working on a feature film that is in development called Prescription 101. I have directed 4 scenes and cut a trailer for the script which we used to get funding back in 2021. After finding a financer, and beginning to move to pre-production, we found the financer had to drop out do to unforeseen circumstances affecting their business, so we are currently seeking a new financer once again.

For our current Prescription 101 project, I drew upon a substantial background in production which includes being a gaffer and electrician for the prestigious ASC Master Classes as well as working as an Assistant Editor and Post PA in post production on USA Show Falling Water season 2, and a number of Bischoff Hervey Reality shows. I have also benefitted from the mentorship of Chuck Minsky ASC (Pretty Woman, The Producers, Kazaam).

Currently Living in Los Angeles, I continue to direct and write. I've written a couple pilots as well as another Feature film which is currently still being finished.
