About Mary

Mary Cameron Rogers grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a young girl she showed interest in the entertainment business and the art of film. She was guided towards a career in art and modeling at a young age but her heart pushed her to pursue a career in acting. She was featured in many live performances, but she made her powerful film debut in the movie "Si Loin"; a short film winning the 2012 award for Best Film/Actor/Picture. That pushed her to join the Carolina Film Community, study behind the scenes on set, then soon relocated to Los Angeles. She has appeared in TV shows, Film, music videos, short films, commercials and print. Starring in a Sci Fi Thriller, "The Last", an Oscar qualifying short film. Recently starred in a short "River" as the lead actor. Mary has won best actress a few times for this short and the short has over 19 awards since June 2020! Now has wrapped the full feature film "River" in September 2020 as the lead actress, performing her own stunts and brought on as an Executive producer. As she works with a strong team, she continues to passionately follow her dreams.

River - Feature Film Sci-fi River is a psychological sci-fi thriller, that follows River Allen, a 20-something woman who searches for her fragmented identity. After her mother's death, River has spiraled emotionally out of control. When she disappears for over a week, with no recollection of how she returned home, River loses all sense of self and purpose.
