Haley Mary

I'm a situational and political comedienne and songwriter based in Regina, Saskatchewan. I am songwriting with a friend who is an Orbison/Presley tribute artist. We were working on some original songs during the pandemic and hope to put them to music in the future. I attended open mic nights in my city for poetry from May 2016 to March 2018, for stand-up comedy from March 2018 to March 2020 when the first shutdown happened. I was attending events via zoom meetings with my Creative City Centre Regina Word Up group in my city until vaccines were available. We resumed in person events in the fall of 2021 to spring 2022 season, but changed the venue to the Artesian. I returned to open mic night on May 8th 2023 at The Cure. The first week back I shared two anti-war poems and the week after, comedy. I perform situational and political comedy at The Cure one night a week except on stat holidays. Most of the rest of my spare time is spent reading, exercising, writing poetry, lyrics, comedy material (mostly situational and political comedy) and playing with my cats.
